Design a project that will setback and/or remove dikes, improve in-stream habitat, increase riparian buffers, and may acquire easements for a healthy channel migration zone. The target area is the 1.5 mile reach of the Walla Walla River from McDonald Road Bridge downstream to the Lowden Gardena Bridge.
